Fitness
Our classes include 22 minutes of boxing and 22 minutes of strength. For a fun 45 minute workout.
Our classes are built to challenge you, have fun, burn fat, and build muscle!
You only need to workout 3 times a week!

Nutrition
Our plan is built to be super easy. We focus on a balanced diet so no crazy low carb non-sense.
We coach you up and hold you accountable along the way so you can learn what it takes to eat healthy.

Accountability
You get your own personal accountability coach throughout the process. To keep you on track to hitting your goals and keep you going.
We also give you heart rate monitors to wear to make sure you're working hard when you workout. Along with Inbody Scans weekly!
